Paying for a good illustration!

Ok here the deal! im willing to pay for a really good Illustration of Paranoid!/Snapped!China! him just on his hands and knees crying from total fear and madness or His in one of his Visions ect. (see below). This Project is a point of view illustration for the story given. I want to see your points of view on how he should look and the world around him should look. !!!Story behind Paranoid!/Snapped!China;
Paranoid!/Snapped!China is a China from a Parallel universe. In this Universe, the Pain of his family turning on him and beating him up/torturing him (Unit 731, Korean War, Vietnam War, First Taiwan Strait Crisis, ect) hasnt left him. This makes him Paranoid an kinda crazy when acting to the now reformed countries that have someone come back and wish to be close to him again. The closer they try to get the worse mentally China gets. its the strangest thing. He looks at them and at one point they are them then in a blink the world turns black and those around him change into terrifying monsters mixed with the memory's of the times they personally hurt him. He sees not just his family but the world like this. But the visions dont last long unless hes dreaming. Lets say hes making tea and the "vision" takes hold. Out of fear he'll drop the teapot letting it shatter. Taiwan is home at the time and slowly walks over asking him whats wrong and trying to kindly help... China only sees a monster made of ooze, smoke, fire ect mixed with Taiwan's image.. But its the Taiwan from the time she hurt china.. and that Vision only wants to hurt China more... Is the real Taiwan trys to touch China he will only fight or cry out in pain (because the "monster" is hurting him in the vision) and fear. And now its getting to a point where he gets these "Visions" when hes around the other countries like Russia or America ect... Because of this growing madness he's harden his heart and swears to never let anyone in or close to him ever again.

Today i made my deviant art! i'm so proud! my day at school was really bad but this made it all better! other them my sisters death and the bruises from school i'm happy! i might make new friends! i cant wait to meet people that like the same things i do! i'm tired of being alone! i got 3 watches already and i might be getting more! i feel loved you know?
